Return Policy

Everything has been created with the intention that the buyer will fall in love with our handmade pieces. However, if you are not satisfied and wish to return your order, you can email us at phauerwaas@gmail.com.

 

Return Process

  • Since we are a small handmade business, we have a 7-day return policy; you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return to phauerwaas@gmail.com.

 

  • The item or items must be in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. Returns will incur shipping charges. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email with a confirmation.

NOTE: For your security, please use an insured courier (USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. PaVienna is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
